- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 red chili pepper, minced (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, red bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and chopped cucumber.
- Add the chopped fresh cilantro, chopped fresh mint, and chopped roasted peanuts to the bowl.
